Autumn Roots Kale Salad

Combine together:

1-2 cups massaged kale

1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes or squash (cubed)

1/4 cup roasted beets (cubed)

1/4 cup chickpeas

Sprinkle with dried cranberries and pecans.

Toss in a simple vinaigrette and Enjoy!
